Shipping
In stock items can take up to 48 hours to process and ship. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been processed.
Out of stock items, or bulk items, will take 3-5 business days to process and ship. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order has been processed. New Years 2011 Merchandise Special Orders will begin Shipping on October 1st, 2010.
Cancellations
Your order may be canceled up until the shipping notification e-mail has been sent. If you wish to cancel your order before this time, please call 218-727-8004 during normal business hours.
Returns
You have 30 days to return unopened regular stock items. The price of the product will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase only. Shipping charges WILL NOT be refunded unless the product is being returned due to damage or neglect on our part.
Seasonal items may be returned unopened UP TO two (2) weeks prior to the holiday with a 25% Restocking Fee. Items returned after this time will be refunded with a 50% Restocking fee.
Returns may be made by sending the item(s) back to 2330 Mountain Shadow Drive, Village Squale Mall, Duluth, MN 55811. ATTN:Returns. Items must be accompanied by a receipt, packaging list, or invoice.
